Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest has been proudly bringing the Women of the Year awards to our community for over five decades. What an incredible legacy to celebrate!
As our organization grows and evolves, we look forward to becoming more than just an awards ceremony. Launched in 2025, the Waterloo Region Women's Expo brings women together to connect, learn, and celebrate achievements. Featuring inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and women-led businesses, it’s a space to grow, collaborate, and elevate women’s voices across the region.
About the Women of the Year Awards
The Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest Women of the Year ceremony is an annual tradition that has been celebrating women in our community since its inception in 1975.
The Jennifer Campbell Youth Scholarship
Longtime local broadcaster and morning host at Country 106.7 made an indelible impression on our community. Her legacy will shine on forever with the Jennifer Campbell Youth Scholarship in partnership with Oktoberfest Cares and the K-W Oktoberfest Women of the Year Awards.
Each year, the Jennifer Campbell Youth Scholarship will be presented to the winner of the Young Adult Award.
