IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that each woman is nominated only ONCE. Multiple nominations for the same person are discarded.
Nomination Process
The nomination deadline is 4:00 p.m. on March 20th, 2026 or (new for 2026) until the cap of 140 nominations is reached, whichever comes first.
Tips For Getting Started & Preparing For Your Nomination Submission
- Contact the nominee and confirm they are willing to have their nomination submitted. (ONE nomination per nominee will be presented at adjudication.)
- You will need to provide letters of support as part of the nomination process (maximum of 5 supporting documents). An easy way for you to connect with these individuals would be for the nominee to make introductions via email to validate your intentions.
- The letters of support will need to highlight the questions that are asked in the nomination form. A copy of the nomination form questions can be found here.
