Event Hours: 11am - 5pm
Application Deadline: March 31, 2026
Standard Booth Fee: $300 +HST (includes 8' table, 2 chairs & tablecloth, pipe & drape)
Options for double booth and electrical for an additional fee.
Mini-Booth Fee: $150 +HST (includes tabletop space only; no pipe & drape or option for electrical)
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Step 1: Complete the application form below.
Step 2: If accepted, you will receive an emailed stating admission & receive an invoice.
Step 3: To secure your spot, payment must be received & can be made via credit card or EFT.
Step 4: A final document will be sent will event details such as load time, location of your booth, etc.
